Addison, IL – August 5, 2025 – Brennan Investment Group ("Brennan"), a private real estate investment firm that acquires, develops, and operates industrial facilities throughout the United States, is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 97,568-square-foot, multi-tenant industrial property in Addison, Illinois. Located near the I-355 expressway, in the highly coveted Northern DuPage submarket, the property benefits from ease of access to O'Hare International Airport as well as the Chicago CBD.
